Voice acting needs improvement

I don't just mean mic quality, I mean that the voice acting itself was lacking. The lines lacked emotion, or enough power behind them to be taken seriously. The animation and story wasn't bad, though- you just need to improve the delivery of the lines.

Could be a great start

This actually isn't that bad. You had better keep working on this, though, cause I want to see a completed version of this in the portal at some point. Even if you don't add color, you could get this to be really good if you just finished it and added at least music.

Guy with pants is just lackadaisical, almost prancing along, while the guy behind is desperately trying to catch up a really awkward run.

Heh, like the final line. But my favorite part was you didn't use some crocodile Dundee reference, but went the full monty and made the old man a ninja badass.

If you have any senior relatives, you should get them a sword cane for self protection.
