[The Old Ash Tree]

Nice story, bad narration

The art and the story being told were interesting and pretty good, but the narration is on the poor side. A majority of the issue was the whisper. It would have been great if you had told it in a voice befitting a lost child, instead of kids trying to tell ghost stories without being caught up late.

Good, with something special

The flash and writing was pretty good. The jokes kept the idea straight, and they did a good job of pointing out quirks that don't hit you while you're playing. The action scene against dark link was really good- maybe when you finish up this series, you could do a couple of fight scenes. It was well choreographed, and looked good, so please keep the idea in mind.

Nice sequence, lack of polish

The action sequence itself, while it has a few cliches, is actually pretty good. See if you can smooth it out, add sound and music, and slow it down so the action can be appreciated.

I'll admit, i was rather disturbed. But it was very well done, and still funny. Nice job.

You could have at least done a good recording

Okay, the flash is iffy, but I've seen worse. However, the true power of Shakespeare is supposed to be in the text, and the voice acting for this lacked any sort of presence or power that would have redeemed the animation. I wouldn't have minded the iffy flash if there had been a decent recording to it, but this lacked the emotion or acting that would have made it interesting, even if the animation had been fantastic.

Nice choice in background music though.

Good song, bad flash

The song is definitely good enough to get a high score on it's own, and that is what the Audio Portal is for. The flash is just a loop of the same motions over and over, so don't expect it to do well. If you want to get some better feedback, submit the song to the audio portal, and it might even do well enough to make a top entry of the week.

I really like the song, it's just that the flash is too plain to keep around.

Thanks!! You can tell I'm new to Flash. But I hoped a simple aesthetic worked. I guess it didn't!! I submitted it to the Audio Portal just now, so hopefully it'll get approved.
